上期我们学习了如何在模型中添加3D统计视图。本期主要学习货架和网络节点。并且还会用试验器对模型进行多次运行和方案分析。(提示:案例五是在案例四的基础上建立的
。Flexsim试用版本有实体限制,将不能完成本课的模型。本课程均使用的是Flexsim2019)
一、问题描述
用3个货架代替吸收器,用来存储装运前的临时实体(见图)。需要改变传送带1和3的物理布局,使它们的末端弯曲并接近暂存区。引用一个全局表,所有类型为1的临时实体都送到货架2,所有类型为2的临时实体都送到货架3,所有类型为3的临时实体都送到货架1。采用网络节点实体,建立叉车的网络路径,当它从传送带暂存区往货架运输临时实体时使用此网络路径。用实验器设置模型的多次运行,得出统计方差并计算关键绩效指标的置信区间。

从传送带暂存区到货架的路径:使用一个全局表给临时实体指定以下路径:

为了演示模型,设置漫游路径。
重新配置传送带 1 与传送带 3 的布局:
现在将要改变三个传送带的布局,使它们的末尾部分呈现弯曲状,从而使临时实体到达传送带暂存区的距离更近。
双击传送带 1(传送带 1),打开属性窗口。
点击布局选项卡。
点击添加按钮,在实体末尾添加一段新传送带
在类型列表中,选择弯曲。
编辑角度和半径,使得传送带 1 可以弯曲到传送带暂存区,如下。
对传送带 3 重复以上操作。
删除吸收器,创建三个货架:
创建 3 个货架,将它们排列至传送带暂存区的右边,依次命名为货架 1,货架 2, 和货架 3。货架距离传送带暂存区要足够远,这样叉车就可以运行一段距离后到达货架。将传送带暂存区分别与货架 1、货架 2 和货架 3 货架连接 (A 键)。

1. Problem description
Use 3 shelves instead of absorbers to store temporary entities before shipment (see picture). The physical layout of conveyor belts 1 and 3 needs to be changed so that their ends are bent and close to the temporary storage area. Referencing a global table, all temporary entities of type 1 are sent to shelf 2, all temporary entities of type 2 are sent to shelf 3, and all temporary entities of type 3 are sent to shelf 1. The network node entity is used to establish the network path of the forklift, which is used when it transports the temporary entity from the temporary storage area of the conveyor belt to the shelf. Use the experimenter to set up multiple runs of the model, obtain the statistical variance and calculate the confidence interval of the key performance indicators.

Modify conveyor belts 1 and 3 to make the distance between the temporary entity and the temporary storage area of the conveyor belt shorter.
The path from the conveyor staging area to the shelf: Use a global table to specify the following path to the flowitem:

Set up a network path for the forklift, so that the forklift will travel along this path between the conveyor belt temporary storage area and the shelf.
To demonstrate the model, set the roaming path.
Reconfigure the layout of Conveyor 1 and Conveyor 3:
Now we are going to change the layout of the three conveyor belts so that the end of them is curved, so that the flowitem will reach the conveyor.
The distance with temporary storage area is closer.
Double-click Conveyor 1 (Conveyor 1) to open the properties window.
Click the Layout tab.
Click the Add button to add a new conveyor belt at the end of the entity
In the Type list, select Bend.
Edit the angle and radius so that the conveyor belt 1 can be bent to the conveyor temporary storage area, as follows.
Repeat the above operation for conveyor 3.
Remove the absorber and create three shelves:
Create 3 shelves, arrange them to the right of the conveyor belt temporary storage area, and name them shelf 1, shelf 2, and shelf 3. The rack should be far enough away from the temporary storage area of the conveyor belt so that the forklift can travel a certain distance to reach the rack. Connect the conveyor belt temporary storage area with rack 1, rack 2 and rack 3 (key A).
