1、操作员负责搬运产品上线
2、备用设备每加工5个需要检修10秒
Today, the editor will introduce a case for everyone. The requirements of the case are as follows:
1. The operator is responsible for moving the product online
2. It takes 10 seconds to overhaul every 5 pieces of spare equipment
该案例需要一个发生器、一个暂存区、一个吸收器、两个处理器、一个操作员。
This case requires a generator, a temporary storage area, an absorber, two processors, and an operator.
实体连线如下图:

为了区分备用设备,这里我们将备用设备颜色改为黄色。
In order to distinguish the backup equipment, here we change the color of the backup equipment to yellow.
暂存区设置:
勾选使用运输工具框。
Check the Use transportation tool box.
备用处理器设置:
下拉预置时间选择框,选择‘第N个临时实体将执行不同时间’,设置具体参数,如下图所示。
并勾选使用操作员进行预置。
Pull down the preset time selection box, select "The Nth provisional entity will execute at a different time", and set the specific parameters, as shown in the figure below.
And check the use of operator for preset.
设置完成后,运行模型,我们会发现每隔一定时间备用设备会显示黄色的框,这表示备用处理器处于等待操作员检修的状态。
After setting up and running the model, we will find that the standby device will display a yellow box at regular intervals, which means that the standby processor is in a state of waiting for the operator to overhaul.
但是我们会发现操作员并没有马上检修这个设备,而是先执行搬运任务,这在实际生活中并不合理,那怎样才能让操作员优先检修备用设备呢?
However, we will find that the operator does not check and repair the equipment immediately, but performs the handling task first. This is unreasonable in real life, so how can the operator give priority to the maintenance of the spare equipment?
首先,我们先弄明白之所以会出现上述现象,是因为搬运的优先级高。
First of all, let"s first understand that the above phenomenon occurs because of the high priority of transportation.
那么我们只需要将备用设备的优先级设置得比搬运(暂存区)的高就行,这里将备用设备的优先级改为‘2’。
Then we only need to set the priority of the backup device higher than that of the handling (temporary storage area). Here, change the priority of the backup device to ‘2’.
重置、运行,我们会发现运行之后备用设备就不会出现黄框了。
After resetting and running, we will find that the yellow box will not appear on the standby device after running.
