　　＂内卷＂这一词在近几年十分的火热，无论是生活还是工作还是学习常常出现这一词，人们也经常感慨现在的生活太＂卷＂了。于是一种新的生活方式＂佛系＂出现在眼前，这些人满足于当前的生活，看淡了一些追逐，按自己的生活方式进行生活。但是目前出现了一个不好的现象就是有些人将他人的努力说为＂卷＂，将对自己的放纵说成了＂佛＂。
　　The term ＂involved＂ has become very popular in recent years. This word often appears in life, work or study, and people often feel that the current life is too ＂scrolled.＂ So a new way of life ＂Buddha＂ appeared in front of them, these people are satisfied with the current life, look down on some pursuits, and live according to their own way of life. 　　很多时候我们总是爱假设，如果我当初再努力一下会不会是另一番样子，或者是如果当初我选择了另外的一条路，结局会不会不一样，这些往往包含着我们对过去的遗憾，这些遗憾也是督促我们继续前进的动力。＂我本可以＂和＂我可以＂仅仅只差了一个字，但是说话的人的心情却截然不同，＂我本可以＂充满着对过去的惋惜和遗憾；＂我可以＂则饱含骄傲与自信。在目前这个人人都在努力的时代，内卷已经成为了无法避免的情况，即使我们很多时候并不想加入，但是当我们为了目标，梦想我们又不得不再＂卷＂起来。所以在我看来，当你的＂卷＂是用来实现你的梦想时，那么＂内卷＂就不是完全的贬义词。

　　＂内卷＂指的是非理性的内部竞争或＂被自愿＂竞争。现指同行间竞相付出更多努力以争夺有限资源，从而导致个体＂收益努力比＂下降的现象。可以看作是努力的＂通货膨胀＂。我认为＂内卷＂的真正原因在于我国的教育水平大幅度上涨，人才质量也得到了较大的提高，与欧美国家相比我国的教育制度更加的公平，这就使我们如果想获得更好的教育资源很大程度上需要靠我们自己，人口基数大，录取比例远远无法达到预期目标，那么为了实现自己的理想，人们只能更加的努力，甚至是＂内卷＂了起来。
