火锅与串串
作为一个重庆人,在我早些时候我也是分不清火锅与串串的。其实分清楚重庆的火锅与串串非常简单,火锅是一盘一盘的菜,而串串的菜是通过一根根的竹签串起来卖的,火锅计价为根据样品计价,如我点了一盘土豆,这份土豆18元;而串串则是以竹签数量来计价,一般而言是五角钱一根。
串串与火锅都适合聚会,人多吃起来特别热闹。我还记得我第一次去吃火锅的时候,重庆人一般都不喜欢点鸳鸯锅的,喜欢点红汤,我看见服务员端着一个铁锅子上来了,汤面上的油红红火火,辣椒是整个整个的,还有整个的蒜。我特别喜欢吃毛肚,将毛肚夹在筷子里面,用重庆人的俗语来说便是"七上八下后就熟了",意思是说将夹好的菜放进滚滚开着的热锅里煮一下又拿起来,如此反复,达到筷子起来七次或者进去八次就熟了,话是这样说,作为重庆人的我仍然不知道什么时候菜熟了,丢脸!吃完火锅后人虽然离开火锅店了,但全身心都还是火锅的味道,得洗澡换衣服才能摆脱身上的火锅味。上了大学后,加了许多外地的好友,总是看见他们发朋友圈晒自己去吃火锅啦,他们说,爱上重庆很大一部分都是从爱上火锅开始的。
高三毕业的暑假和妈妈去了宁夏,才知道离开了重庆我有多么想念它以及它的火锅,即使一口毛肚下去七八颗花椒在嘴里我也愿意,即便吃了串串要让我自己数竹签我也愿意,让我吃一口重庆的辣味吧。
